Our Story
We opened Mintish for the people who take their coffee seriously —
without the pretense.
Located on a quiet stretch of Harvard Avenue East, we're the spot where graduate students finish their thesis, freelancers land their next client, and neighbors grab their morning ritual without standing in line.
Every bean is sourced from roasters we know by name. Every pastry is baked in-house before dawn. The Wi-Fi is fast, the seats are comfortable, and nobody will ask you to move when you've got a laptop and a quiet corner.
